FibreWired provides technical support services 24 hours a day, every day. To ensure you receive the best possible service for your urgent or non-urgent technical issues, we respond on a priority basis as follows:

If your network is down….

or you have a systems issue that is critically impacting your business operations, your problem is priority one for us. We will dedicate resources around the clock if necessary to get you back in business. Please help us help you by e-mailing (where possible) any supporting documents you have (e.g. pings, traceroutes, show interface, etc.) to techsupport@fibrewired.com prior to calling us at 800-893-4773. Technicians are on duty or on call 24 hours a day.

When calling, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • your name
  • company’s name and full mailing address
  • phone number
  • a brief description of the problem
  • if your problem is related to an Internet outage, please advise us if supporting documentation has been e-mailed to us (see above)

but you require information or assistance to get or keep your network performing optimally, we will provide the information or assistance you need during regular business hours. Please be in touch by e-mail to techsupport@fibrewired.com, and you will be contacted by a network technician.
